HOW OFTEN DO YOU EXPERIENCE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS?
negative emotions include anger, sadness, anxiety, panic, fear etc.
OH NO ! This is definitely not good. If you persistently feel this way, please seek for professional help. If you're going through a really hard time and its okay to work on that at your own pace. If you need to, please take your meds. It might not seem to work but they're prescribed for a reason. Please take care of yourself and the people you love. And remember it's totally okay to seek for help.
Lastly...
Before we end the quiz, please know asking for help does not make you weak, weird etc. There will always be people that will help you through the hard times. Finally, if you or someone you know needs help, please click on the following options. If not, thank you for spending time on this quiz goodbye !
How to take care of yourself
-get out of bed: I might be hard at first, but once you're up, you'll realize it's easier to do the things you need to do.
-take care of yourself: remember to drink water and do the things you need to do for the day. I recommend making a planner to keep track of the activities.
-take care of your loved ones: it can be challenging if you have family issues. However, they are the closest and one of the easiest way to get help from.
-take your meds: although you might feel like they aren't working, remember that they're prescribed for a reason.
-seek help: find someone you trust and talk to them about it. Or, you can talk to a therapist to make you feel better. It does not make you stupid or weak, and we're sure that there will always be someone to help you !
Why do I feel blank/numb ?
Don't worry ! You're not the only one that feels this way. Other than feeling blank or numb, you may also experience memory loss or "drift"/"float".
You can start by writing everything down. Or, you can get a journal and write down 3 successful things you did today. Try to do more as the days pass. You'll start to realize that helps more than you think.
why do I feel so overwhelmed and stressed ?
Firstly, take everything slowly and start doing things one by one. It might be difficult to get everything back together, but it's definitely better than doing nothing at all.
You can relax :
-take a bath
-write or draw
-read a book
-watch television
-go running or exercise
-drink/eat something calming
-take a nap
It takes time to get things back to normal, but keep trying, don't rush and you'll get there one day !
